Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples has been an American actor and singer for more than a decade. She is best remembered for her performance as Layla Grant, in Nashville (2012) drama, and Claudia Shepard from Sharknado (2013). Also, she portrayed the lead character Jerrica Jem Betnton on the film Jem and the Holograms (2005). Aubrey Peeples' parents Wendy and Ashley brought her up at Lake Mary Florida. Her younger sister is of Ally. Aubrey performed at The Orlando Repertory Theatre in her youth for 10 years. She is a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School and was named valedictory for this class in 2012 when she graduated. Harvard University initially accepted her application, but later agreed to permit her an additional entry after she was cast in 'Nashville'. Peeples was a character in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2012) Grey's Anatomy (2005). She appeared in made for television movies Ace Ventura Jr.: Pet Detective (2009) and The Good Mother. She played a prominent role on the Nashville series, in which she appeared as Layla Grant. In 2019 Peeples spoke about her bipolar disorder in an interview in NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples as one of the most popular actors under twenty years old old in September 2014.
